Time Zone
You need to select your local time zone so that your stats reflect your local time
To select your time zone, all you have to do is choose in the list the time closest to your local time (even if there are a few minutes difference).
Example: if your watch shows 8:58 am, and the list shows 7:02, 8:02, 9:02, 10:02, (etc.) you would pick 9:02, as this is the closest time to your own.
Note that your time zone can be adjusted at any time in the Control Panel.
